SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition, and I have created a new map. However, since the game choose the size of the regions in the map, do not get what he wanted. Is it possible that the size of the regions can be changed?

I think not.
Any person who imports a regional network (with Terraformer SC4) or create random until you get what you need.
However, it is a BMP file in the configuration file for each region. I know you can change in football in the region and its size, but I'm not sure in the region itself.
