Can you get bigger arms (triceps, biceps, shoulders, and forearms) from just boxing.? - what does boxing do to the shoulders

Ask if you can bigger muscles above Boxing (punching bag and boxing with a few real friends, 1-2 times per week).

Not really, I doubt benefit from the resistance, better endurance and fat loss, but you can not "grow" without repetition exercises and bottom heavy. Boxing is the main representative of a period of low weight.

They yeh dude. These people do not know what they're talking riddles! but surely, you are bodybuilding huge muscles, the muscles useless, because the lift that heavy blocks of metal ... Bro is not boxing, not just the shoulders, chest and tri expand, but probably well-defined abs and back.

Ohhh .. I just read that you make with a friend 1-2 times per week .. nothing happens .. nah sorry bro I spoke with someone who is 3 / 4 times a week in a boxing gym ..

I do not want to believe. at least not as much work with weights. When you combine strength training and boxing, brings much better results when compared to either alone.

I do not think a man muscles as big as in boxing, you have to have some push-ups or lifting weights, because it is the muscles of the arm to work hard.
