Calico Horse Trailers Does Anyone Own Or Know Anyone Who Owns A Calico Or Ponderosa Horse Trailer?

Does anyone own or know anyone who owns a Calico or Ponderosa horse trailer? - calico horse trailers

My husband and I have searched a 2-horse bumper pull angle. We studied and used the new found that Calico Ponderosa and sell around 4-5K. I am sure we are not as strong as the more expensive, but we live in Nevada (no oxidation) and non-competition horses do not travel or continuous use. I use it primarily to the arena to give to friends ... In other words, the use of light. I would like from people who listen to your own.

I understand you very well. The pit floor is very remote, and sometimes welds are not strong. Remember, you get what you pay for. If you decide to buy a look at very closely, especially at the lower end. You do not want your horse falls on the floor!

There is nothing wrong with a light trailer, but as SAB, said that sometimes there are only a small trailer with a trailer is done less well. The two trailers that you mention are known for quality problems. However, there is light trailer without problems:

Corn Pro Stock is a trailer light
Pendants Valley is no longer in production but will be used, are designed for easy use. I (one of these signs, stop Nice and well done had)

If you are unsure, find trailer repair reputation services for companies and ask them the same question you are asking. But please careful with the floor! This seems to be an area where many trailer makers links. I hear more stories of broken bars and horses pass through while collecting plants such as ERP, "he said.

Several people I know have Ponderosa trailer and never had a problem with them. One of my friends has a horse Ponderosa 4 actions and use every weekend, and supporters throughout the country. He also lives in an area where rust is a problem (Charleston, SC, is directly) on the sea. I have supporters who have seen rust stains on them, but nothing serious.

ALL-trailer, regardless of brand, if you use somebody, I need to be a background to ensure it again be sure to transport their animals, but I do not want to influence people's opinions about you to another. Ponderosa trailer, there are bad and many people here are widespread.

We have a Calico, is an angle in front with a three horse saddle. It's like a stock trailer, just a little more elegant horses. :) I love, is cheap, especially compared to most other horse trailers. While searching for a direct store just two horses, but he lives, and the price and had to get it. It's great because if we need to take extra hay, because it is a trailer type of action. The harness has three supports saddle and bridle / halter hooks. It also has a window that can see through it, but you can see from the outside. We're dragging my two horses and a mare 15.3hh easily. It is a big supporter!

I had bent one Calico GN 3 years, the horse backwards. I kept if for a few years and used it every summer and lower in winter. There were times when I drove 5 hours one way to camp and back home another 5 hours in summer. It is the task that I never had much problem with rust or anything. It was a trailer with steel, so that there are some indications of rust, but not much. The country has never been a problem. It was not the price tag of luxury for less money. How do you intend to do, I would say that you are very good with him.
