You can wrap them all up and cover the pan. Both work.
I put my two cents, if ... May I suggest the roast in oven bag? Remain juicy and has beautiful brown top.
Always greets me when I cook or bake in oven bags.
Even butter or olive oil and rub the skin.

Olive oil seems to be more tan, "and the texture of the skin a little better.

My son and I only like dark meat ...... so I only buy turkey thighs, legs and / or wings. I cook in an oven made of plastic. I just spice up season with sage, salt and pepper. I do not use butter. I only use butter for cooking a whole turkey, which is rare. There are sooooo many juices after cooking to add to my stuffing with chicken broth left

I wouldnt recommend using a film for everyone, I think the bags are cooking, sales of moist meat and cooked too fast ... If you rub it with butter to make before you put the ingredients, so they stick .. GOOD LUCK!

I prefer to put my fingers between skin and breast, and to separate and put the herb butter or lemon butter, or how the taste in your pocket.
No matter whether it is less of aluminum or tin birds, but tends to stick the meat, though some tin

Be sure to remove the neck and gizzards from the cavity. Roast for 20 minutes per pound at 325, when the birds and 15 minutes otherwise meet.

We use size bags Reynolds Turkey to Turkey in. It is much easier to clean and easy to configure for your presentation, and a great help in maintaining moisture in Turkey. We have two Butterball turkeys every 15 to 18 pounds. My MIL used butter into the skin and Turkey and Spooning in Turkey broth and a couple of times with a kitchen. Happy Thanksgiving and that everything goes well.

I have never provided breast, that all the birds in my smoker. But my mother always cooks his birds covered, until the last 1 / 3 brown.
My recipe book written in order to be covered. Depending on the size of the breast 4-6 lbs Cook @ 325 for 1 1/2- 2 1 / 4 hours. For 6-8 pounds, cook for 2 1/14- 3 1 / 4 hours.
If you rub with butter, rub off the season. I probably indirect cooking on the grill.
Good luck to you
